Mirai Casting Holdings, Ltd. procures materials from suppliers in countries and regions around the world. While remaining aware of our social responsibility and its impact, we have formulated our procurement policy with the aim of practicing fair and impartial procurement activities and, with the cooperation of many suppliers, engage in procurement that takes CSR into consideration.

Sustainable Procurement Guidelines
Mirai Casting Holdings, Ltd. has established the “Mirai Casting Holdings Sustainable Procurement Guidelines” to promote and ensure the implementation of sustainable procurement throughout its supply chain.
These Guidelines organize Mirai Casting Holdings’ sustainability policies and initiatives and set forth the requirements that we ask our procurement partners to comply with as part of the “Supplier Code of Conduct.”
Mirai Casting Holdings believes that promoting business activities with a strong emphasis on sustainability will contribute to mutual growth and prosperity with our procurement partners. We are therefore committed to advancing these initiatives and respectfully request your understanding, support, and active implementation of the principles outlined in these Guidelines.

Green Procurement
Mirai Casting Holdings, Ltd. procures products and materials with reduced environmental impact from procurement partners that are actively engaged in environmental conservation activities.
In 2026, we issued the “Green Procurement Guidelines” and shared our environmental principles with procurement partners, including measures to prevent global warming, promote the circular use of resources, and conserve biodiversity and ecosystems.
Since then, we have continuously revised the Guidelines to reflect the latest laws, regulations, and chemical substance requirements, and we regularly communicate updated information to our procurement partners.
