The name HERCUNITE® was coined by the developer and is an abbreviation of "HEAT-Risting Cast Materials for UNIT of Exhaust parts." However, there is another origin to the name. It combines the suffix “nite," which indicates a metal compound, with the name of the Greek mythological hero, Hercules. This name embodies our DNA as a company that provides a wide range of solutions using metals.
